I have been involved in the world of nuts & bolts,etc. almost my entire adult life.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Fastener City is a company that actually was Built On Service! It's not just a slogan, it's the cornerstone of our company. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal, and we work hard to satisfy each and every customer. If 1 of our customers has a problem, then we have a problem too. We solve problems!
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Fastener City has 2 primary locations, CA, and Nevada,with another 431 associated (shared) locations here in the US. We are constantly expanding our associations around the world in order to better meet the demands of our customers. However, Fastener City is an American company, and always will be!
What type of payments do you accept?
COD, Credit Cards, Bank Transfers, Company Checks.
Which areas do you service?
Fastener supplies wholesale customers primarily in the US & Canada. However, at last reporting (2008), we also supply over 7 foreign countries on 3 continents. We even have customers in China!
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Fastener City Inc. is a privately held Nevada corporation. Fastener City Company provides the day to day operations, and it too is a private, family owned company.
What are your hours of operation?
Fastener City's sales offices are open to phone inquiries from 8AM PST until 10 PM PST, Monday through Friday. However, we are open to e-mail & FAX inquiries, 24/7/365. In other words, WE NEVER REALLY CLOSE EXCEPT ON HOLIDAYS! Even on holidays, if it's an actual emergency to 1 of our customers, we're available! Remember, at Fastener City, we really do provide good old fashioned American service!
